The above table was created to break down the various shipping methods and estimated transit times. Free Shipping / Standard Shipping is through one of the shipping methods which best benefit you based on availability. Factors such as weather, natural disasters, systems glitches, etc., can result in shipping delays. Scenarios such as these are not in our control and therefore are not guaranteed by ALIVAPE.

*Shipping Restrictions:
We CANNOT ship E-liquids or Li-Ion batteries mixed with other products in one package. The E-liquids or Li-Ion batteries have to be placed in a separate order for successful shipment. We will contact you via email and refund the cost of E-liquids or Li-Ion batteries if your order beats the restrictions.
We CANNOT ship E-liquids with nicotine contained to Japan and South Korea due to the custom policy.
We CANNOT ship Joyetech, Eleaf and WISMEC products to South Korea and UK due to the manufacturer restrictions.


      Order Processing Time & Cut Off Time
      There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders, with most orders sent out within 24 business hours. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible with processing priority to customers with paid shipping.

      We process orders from 9:00AM PST - 4:00PM PST on weekdays. Please note, we do not process orders on weekends and major holidays! Your order will continue to be processed the following business day. All shipping time frames are counted in business days.
      We do not process orders on Sunday and major U.S holidays. If you receive a shipping confirmation between Friday and Sunday, please be aware that your package has been packed but may not have left our warehouse.

      Our daily shipping cutoff time is 3:30PM PST. If you receive a tracking number after our cutoff time, then your order was prepared but may not have left our warehouse. All shipping time frames are counted in business days.

      International Orders:
      International buyers should contact their local custom authorities for any information on duty and taxes. All duties and taxes are the responsibilities of the buyers.

      International buyers must be aware of the importation laws for their country, ALIVAPE is not responsible for any packages that are stopped and/or seized by any appropriate jurisdiction and/or authority. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned to our warehouse. If the return of your package incurred any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.

      To submit any order means you are completely clear about any possible customs, tax and shipping issues that might be caused by the shipping method.

      Order Tracking
      Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account. This information can also be viewed when logged into your account in the "my account" page. You can check the shipment status at the list of tracking website according to the shipping method.

      Late Shipments
      We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are non-refundable through us.
      For more information, please contact the carrier directly. If you feel your shipment was late due to a service failure, a claim can be filed by contacting the shipping carrier.

      Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
      Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has to pay for the cost to reship the order.
