Terrible. I ordered these at the end of January and still haven't gotten them. At first it was indeed my fault I accidentally turned a few numbers around in my address and once I figured that out it had been a few weeks. I got in touch with ALIVAPE customer service and they informed me that I needed to get a hold of USPS and intercept by package which is exactly what I did at that very moment. This was again weeks ago from now USPS has my correct address and yet I still have not gotten this package nor can you track this package it is literally missing in action out there somewhere I've paid almost $30 which I'd like back and I have requested it on two different occasions with absolutely no response whatsoever. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Even if the package has been, you know MIA lost whatever they still could of maned up and gave me a refund and yet my $30 seems to break them if they pay me. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this company.
